User Accounts

Orders and Payment

As the buyer, you are aware that when you start a transaction, you are signing a legally binding and enforceable agreement with LegalXpress.in to buy the goods or services using the payment facility. You will also be responsible for paying the transaction price to LegalXpress.in using the payment facility through your issuing bank.

LegalXpress.in maintains the right to reject transactions from buyers who have a history of dubious charges (including but not limited to) such as breaking any agreements the buyer has with Juristic Tech Solutions Private Limited, breaking any law, violating any charges levied by the issuing bank, or breaking any policy.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Payments Policy: When ordering legal documents and other related services from LegalXpress.in, payment is due in full at the time of order placement. An additional invoice will be raised if you decide to add a service after making the initial service request.

Cancellation Policy: LegalXpress.in provides instant access to digital legal documents and related services. As these services are delivered electronically and personalized, all sales are final. No cancellation or refund shall be permitted once the document generation process has begun or the service has been rendered. Customers are advised to review details carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy: Any refund requests must be sent only by email to contact@legalxpress.in. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will review and process the refund within 15 to 25 business days of receiving all the information required for processing the refund, like the reason for the refund, bank details for processing the request, etc. The Company reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and approve or reject the same based on its internal policies. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, and no additional processing fee will be charged.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Platform, or the services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, the seat and venue shall be Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings shall be in English. The arbitral award will be final and binding.

Either party may approach a court for interim or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Jurisdiction/Sale in India only

LegalXpress provides its documents and services only for use within India. We do not claim that our services are suitable or valid in any other country.

If you access LegalXpress from outside India, you do so on your own responsibility. LegalXpress will not be liable for providing services, refunds, or meeting legal requirements of any country outside India.

Force Majeure
