1. Order Cancellation Rights

LegalXpress.in provides instant access to digital legal documents and related services. As these services are delivered electronically and personalized, all sales are final. No cancellation or refund shall be permitted once the document generation process has begun or the service has been rendered. Customers are advised to review details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Process and Timeline

Any refund requests must be sent only by email to contact@legalxpress.in. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will review and process the refund within 15 to 25 business days of receiving all the information required for processing the refund, like the reason for the refund, bank details for processing the request, etc. The Company reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and approve or reject the same based on its internal policies. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, and no additional processing fee will be charged.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services are non-refundable due to their digital and instantly delivered nature, including but not limited to the following:

• Customized or personalized documents already prepared or under preparation.
• Services impacted by changes in personal circumstances or decisions on the part of the customer.
• Services involving consultation, professional advice, or document review once delivered in whole or in part.
• Government fees, stamp duties, or third-party payments made on your behalf.

4. Exceptions and Discretion

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in exceptional cases where:

• Duplicate payments are made for the same service, or
• The service could not be delivered due to technical or operational error on our part.

5. Third-Party Tools/Services

We try our best to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, if any part of the process depends on third-party tools, platforms, or service providers, delays or technical issues may occur. Please note that we are not responsible for any delay or interruption caused by such third-party services.
